I want to make 100 ml of SMM + Growth medium (SMMGM): A mixture of equal volumes of 2× SMM and 4× GM.

SMM is made up of 0.5 M sorbitol, 0.02 M sodium maleate, 0.02 M MgCl₂

GM is made up of:

• Yeast Extract powder (20.0 g/L).
• Ammonium Sulfate powder (10.0 g/L).
• 0.13 M Tris buffer (pH 9.0) (Tris base: 15.74 g/L)
• Amino acid soltion: (20 ml/L)
• Glucose solution (10 g/L)
• Agar (20 g/L)
• Nicotinic acid (.1 g/L)
• Thiamine (0.001 g/L)
• Urea powder (20 g/L)

Replace with general vitamin solution

I have:

• Yeast extract powder
• Ammonium sulfate powder
• Tris base powder
